• City visibility. A labeled position above the organic directory for the contracted city.
• Matching weight. A 10-point boost applies only after service-area, project-type and credential eligibility. It cannot add an otherwise ineligible builder.
• A website link. Paid links will carry the appropriate sponsored label. Editorial facts remain sourced.
• Reporting. Placement and click reporting will be defined with the offer. There is no traffic or lead-volume guarantee.

How this directory works

• A public record. Homeowners can compare company details, local checks and sources before making contact.
• A limited shortlist. When matching opens, requests will be shared with no more than three eligible businesses.
• Published ordering. Featured placement is labeled. Buying it does not change organic order or editorial facts.
• Free corrections. A sourced correction is considered whether or not a business buys anything.
