Using Tulsa Parade of Homes research to compare builders

Separate tour participation, association recognition and verified project awards.

The 2026 event has concluded

The official Tulsa HBA event page gives June 13–21, 2026 for the in-person Parade of Homes and says virtual tours remain available. Use the current official page to check future dates rather than assuming the prior schedule will repeat.

The event covers homes across the greater Tulsa area. It is useful for discovering builders and seeing different plans, materials and communities; participation alone is not an award.

Use the guide as a project index

Start with homes relevant to your intended city and construction route. Record the builder, project address, plan and design features you want to discuss. An available tour house may have a different specification or price from a future custom build.

Use the official guide and builder pages together, checking which company is actually responsible for the home. Do not transfer one participating company’s work to a partner or similarly named business.

Distinguish project judging from association service

The HBA also presents annual membership and service awards. Its Builder of the Year description recognizes service to the association, while other honors acknowledge leadership or community contribution. Those are different from a judged Parade house.

A verified award record should identify the issuer, year, category and project where applicable. A company website saying “award winning” is a lead to verify, not enough evidence to invent a trophy or score.

What is confirmed in this edition

The official event and association sources were reviewed on October 28, 2026. A complete issuer-backed Tulsa Parade project-award table has not yet been recovered for the profiled companies, so no such awards have been assigned from self-published claims.

That limitation does not mean the firms have never won. It means the directory will show only what can be substantiated at the required level.

Turn a tour into better questions

Ask which displayed elements are standard, which are upgrades and whether the same plan is suitable for your lot. Discuss the site work, design restrictions, schedule and warranty rather than judging only the decorated rooms.

  • Identify the builder and project address.
  • Ask which selections are included in the quoted scope.
  • Check the actual permit jurisdiction.
  • Review relevant completed work and the written contract.
